Video of the Day: 7/11/06
Today: the Video of the Day Dave Chappelle doesn’t want you to see!
Confession time: I was one of the many who overused “I’m Rick James, bitch!” in that sketch’s heyday. Guilty as charged. Sorry. Muh bad. First time I saw it, I damn near passed out from laughter. And since Comedy Central ran “Chappelle Show” seemingly on the hour every hour, it didn’t take too long to memorize it. (For you kiddies out there, there was a time, and not too long ago, where people didn’t have YouTube. I know. Scary freakin’ time.)
Anywho, today’s clip is my favorite from the “Lost Episodes” currently airing on Comedy Central. A few sketches were waaaay too uncomfortable to watch (mostly examples of him acting out his paranoia over fame and fortune). But this one maintained the spirit of the “old” sketches and really stood out among the “new” material”.
As an added bonus, after the jump I’ve posted a few more of my all-time “Chappelle Show” sketches. (Note: some NSFW language in these.) Feel free to drop links to your own personal favorites in the comments!

Thanks for the clips! I missed the new episode.
My favorite is still the KKK skit from the first episode. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6g6wK5sKFQ
I laugh myself to tears every time. It's genius!
